There you go again. Not saying anything except "I agree." Youre not adding anything meaningful to the debate. In fact, that could be considered spamming. Why do you bother posting the obvious? We know you agree.

Fine, fine. I won't state my agreement--I'll just state my disagreement there if I do disagree. But she is right, you know. If negotiations would bring ANYTHING at all, then fine. But they HAVE been giving "no's" and support to sworn enemies of this country, so yeah.

Negotiation of what? They said no in the U.N., we asked them for help. No. They like the word a lot, unless they're talking to a certain dictator about bribes. If negotiations would bring anything, that'd be great. But most citizens can't do much about that. Boycotting is a personal choice of trying to make a difference when there's no other way.

Ah, ok, I get it now; negotiation for America means that they get everything they want. I understand now, thanks.

Hah! Okay, you take it that way. We don't need allys who have taken money from our enemies, anyway. I don't see anything to negotiate over. If they wanted to go against the war, then that's fine. Their own choice. But I would bet you just about anything that if France was invaded as it has been in the past and they called upon the U.S., we'd be there. I just bet.

Yes EXACTLY. Now that you understand that, go get me a coke. NOW.

Exactly! I'll get you stats according to the latest AP polls. Something like 80% of Canadians have a favorable rating of us, 41% of French do, with 52% or so not, 41% German and 53% not, and only 35% of Spanish have a favorable rating about us.

Which means you should do something about that, instead of boycotting them?

The low favorability ratings are NOT the reason that I'm boycotting France. The government has screwed us to much, and it is my honest opinion that Chirac is an ENEMY of this country. However, the other countries have not acted against us as much, therefore France is the target for the boycott. Others are fine enough not to.
