Deviled Eggs
hard boil 10 eggs. take all the shells off, then cut each egg in half, longways. scoop out the yellow stuff on the inside and put it all in a bowl. then add mayo and mustard (and sweet relish ifd you reaally want), salt, and pepper to your discretion, mashing with a potato masher, until the filling has enough "zing". then refil each hardboiled eggwhite half with your filler and top with just a dust of Paprica.

Mega Pizza:
bottom ingredients:
250 gram of pizza bottom mix
125 ml water
2 tablespoons olive oil
little bit of salt
put the pizza bottom mix in a bowl, add the water while mixing. add the salt. mix it untill it becomes sturdy. knead it by hand too feel if its wet enough, don't let it become too wet our its useless.
Grease a ovendish(whatever you use too bake a pizza in a oven) with olive oil, make sure every part is coverded.
Lay out the dough on the plat, equal on all sides.
Pizza ingredients:
1 small tin tomatosauce
1 smal tin of mixed vegetables (corn, green peas, paprika etc.)
1 tin sliced mushrooms
enough cheese for 2 layers
enough ham for 1 layer
a very little bit of Pesto
Cover the bottom of the pizza with tomato juice. then 1 layer of cheese and on top of that a layer of ham. On the ham put a little bit of pesto.
put on the mixed vegetables right on the ham, and if you want you can add other vegetables too it. Put the Sliced mushroom on top of it and over that a layer of cheese.
put the whole pizza in the oven on 200 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
Probably the best pizza ever. I don't recommend eating it wih the hands though, its kinda hot and it will fall apart easily. If your mouth becomes very dry you have used too much pesto, if the bread falls apart it was too wet when you made a bottom of it. I say use a knife and fork.
Be carefull when you take the pizza out of the shape.
This is my mothers receipe. and i love it. enough for 2 people.

Uncle Ross' Best Manhatten
aquire one cocktail shaker and one good booze glass
first pput a bit of ice into your cocktail shaker... not a big cube, but just enough to cool down the alcohol some
add the following to cocktail shaker:
2 shots of good bourbon (not the cheap kind... good bourbon)
1/3-2/3 shot (depending on your tastes) of sweet vermooth
add a touch of bitters, also to your taste discretion
close cocktail shaker and shake. Once you feel the ice has melted enough into the alcohol, it should be ready.
Put a merichino cherry in your glass, and add the alcohol. Enjoy a good, hard Manhatten.

This one we just conjured up yesterday. Very good, mind you. Excellent.
Meatloaf a la Neelix
aka Tofu Cranberry Juice Pickle Applesauce Meatloaf a la Neelix
use one mixing bowl for all ingredients.
-1 half pound of ground beef already (accidently) browned in the microwave
-3 big spoonfuls of applesauce
-1/3 package of dried onions
-1/3 loaf of bread torn up into little pieces
-1 whole pickle, diced (use sweet or dill to your discretion... personally, I think sweet makes the better meatloaf, but dill is ok too)
-2 capfuls and 1 "splash" (tidal wave) of cranberry juice
-a few dashes of lemon juice
-a few dashes of NaCl (table salt)
-a few more dashes of Worchestishire sauce
-3/4 cup brown sugar
- and finally, 1/8 of a brickette of tofu, sliced or diced
put into the oven for an hour, minding you own cookbook's temperature recommendation. And voila. Some meatloaf a la Neelix.

Fried Egg Bagel
I love these.. they are THE BEST!!
~melt a small amount of butter in a pan and fry an egg (both sides), and don't forget to break the yoke
~Toast a bagel and then butter it
~ Once bagel is toasted and buttered, put a piece of cheese on it
~ Place fried egg on top of cheese and sprinkle with a little bit of salt
~place other 1/2 of bagle on top of the egg - and enjoy!!
Quick and easy, yet very yummy and good for you!
