(This is a poem about a little girl who's been abused by her father and has comitted suicide. It's the girl's suicide note.)
I couldn't take it anymore, Daddy. No more.
You'd tell me such horrid things, call me such horrid names. Why couldn't you love me?
You'd come home drunk and hit Mommy, made her cry. That made me cry.
You told me I would never be nobody. That you care more about beer than me.
You'd hit me every day, said you could never love me.
I didn't wanna hurt you no more Daddy, no more. I didn't wanna make you mad at me no more.
Don't cry Daddy, your angries are gone now. I won't make you mad any more.
Forgive me, Daddy, for the pain that I've caused. Tell Mommy not to cry.
Please don't hit her.
I love you Daddy.

Some poems are meant to be read...and some are meant to be repeated.....This one is both.

Wow,that was touching. What's really sad is that it happens every day.

WOW what a sad story but that just goes to show what partents do to there children that's why if you know of a kid that is getting abused by her family members call and report them no matter if you know the family or not.

"How do I love thee?" and my poem Goodnight my sweet indigo rose.

I cant express the words on how I felt about this poem, I dont personally know how it is to feel abused. But i know that this was painful for the little girl, it seems like she felt like all this was her fault. When I read it I had tears in my eyes. But it also mad me angry toward the father. In a way, the father killed her, he kept on leaving a message in her head that al of this is her fault and i quote "You told me I would never be nobody" so she could have felt like she had no reason to live. If you live in the uk and you need someone to talk to the Samaritans run a help line for people in need it is 08457 90 90 90.
