Captain Janeway: Coffee. Black.
Neelix: Uh, sorry, Captain. We lost two more replicators this morning -...
Captain Janeway: [seizing Neelix by the shoulders] Listen to me very carefully because I'm only going to say this once. *Coffee*. Black.
The Doctor: I'll complain if I want to. It's comforting.
Seven of Nine: You will be assimilated.
Neelix: No time for that now. Maybe later.
The Doctor: Seven. Please state the nature of the medical emergency.
Seven of Nine: I have a date.
Tuvok: Shall I flog them as well? <--
Voyager Computer: Warning. Last chance to be a hero, Doctor.
The Doctor: What did he ingest?
B'Elanna Torres: Just a cup of Neelix's coffee.
The Doctor: He's lucky to be alive.
Tom Paris: If you hear muffled screams, consider that a request for a beam out.
B'Elanna Torres: Get the cheese to sickbay. The Doctor should look at it as soon as possible.
Dr. Zimmerman: The last beautiful woman who walked in here turned out to be him.
The Doctor: I'll take that as a compliment.
Q: [lecturing his son, the eponymous Q2] If the Continuum has told you once, it has told you a thousand times: DON'T... PROVOKE... THE BORG!
The Doctor: Stop breathing down my neck!
EMH #2: My breathing is merely a simulation.
The Doctor: So is my neck, stop it anyway!
Tom Paris: Well, Harry and I wanted to explore the station. We wanted to broaden our understanding of alien cultures and...
Captain Janeway: Skip the recruiting speech, you were looking for a bar.
Tuvok: They are interfering with normal ship business.
Captain Janeway: Since when has business on this ship ever been normal?
Captain Janeway: Dismissed. That's a Starfleet expression for "get out".
Q: I know that you're probably asking yourself, 'Why would a brilliant, handsome, dashingly omnipotent being like Q want to mate with a scrawny little bipedal specimen like me?
Captain Janeway: Let me guess! no-one else in the universe will have you!
Q: Nonsense! I could have chosen a Klingon Targ! A Romulan empress! A Cyrillian microbe!
Captain Janeway: Really? I beat out a single-celled organism? How flattering!
The Doctor: The Borg: party-poopers of the galaxy.
Captain Janeway: You know the story. Girl meets boy, girl changes boy's subroutines.
B'Elanna Torres: The Borg wouldn't know fun if they assimilated an amusement park.
Captain Kathryn Janeway: It's like being pecked to death by ducks.
Q 2: Aunt Kathy, help!
Captain Janeway: Don't you "Aunt Kathy" me!
Q 2: Yell at me later!
The Doctor: If you were human, I'd say you had a severe panic attack.
Tuvok: I am not human.
The Doctor: No kidding.
[Tuvok uses the Vulcan neck pinch on a female crew member to obtain her clothes]
Captain Janeway: We could have just asked her.
Tuvok: Asking female officers for their clothing could lead to misunderstanding.
And oh so many more.

hmm...
Janeway: I want Ransom's tactical status, I want it now, Mr. Lessing.
Lessing: Or what? You'll hit me?
Janeway: No, Crewman. I'll drop the shields around this room and let your little friends come pay you a visit.

Janeway: Alright. Let's get started before my headache gets any worse. -Relativity
Janeway: See you in the 24th century.
Seven: I look forward to it. Or shall I say backward?
Janeway: Don't get started.
Oh, and there's more to come! hehe

Paris: His cousin's an electric shaver. -11:59
I like that one! hehe...
Oh, and this one!
Chakotay: Ship's status report.
Janeway: Let me guess. The holographic engineer is having problems with her program. Neelix, the Cardassian cook, is low on supplies. 7 of 12 is regenerating. And Captain Chakotay is doing just fine. -11:59

I have to give it up to Founder, those were great DS9 quotes. DS9 definately provided the most depth to its dialogue when compared to the other series.
Only a few from me:
"...you must be incensed. If I were you I take a wine bottle and shoot me with it!" Garak to Dr. Bashier (Our Man Bashier)
"Quark definately is a shade of gray" Sisko to Worf (Hippocratic Oath)
"Look around you Nog, this isn't the Starfleet your used to." Quark, referring to Starfleet soldiers stationed at AR-558 (The Seige of AR-558)
"Well... and by all means, FIRE!" Gul Dukat, ordering his fleet to open fire on DS9 (Call to Arms)
A conversation between Captain Sisko and 3rd Remat'aklan (Rocks and Shoals)...
Sisko: "Do you really want to give up your life for the 'order of things'?"
Remat'aklan: "It is not my to give up... and it never was."
"The first may be a fool, but I am not." - 2nd Ixtana'Rex to Captain Sisko (One Little Ship)
"Oh, no! Your going to torture me, aren't you! How I've been dreading this. Please, have mercy on me Garak!" Odo to Garak before his interrogation aboard a Romulan Warbird. (The Die is Cast)
"Ah, pattern suicide" Smiley to Captain Sisko (Shattered Mirror)
"I hate Ferengi!" The Vorta Keevan, seconds after being fatally shot by Brunt (The Magnificent Ferengi)
"Good day, Major." Gul Dukat's most disingenuous saying (A Time to Stand)

LMAO! I love those 2 quotes. Especially when Troi said that to Riker. I was busting up laughing when I first watched that.
