I am just going by your "qualifiers" on what you have to be to be human. I am not sentient when I am sleeping, momentarily unconcisous, or comatose. Therefore, according to you, if I am in any of these conditions, I am non-human.

That fact has been disproven, too. They have photos of babies at 4-5 weeks reacting to outside stimuli.

Embryo's aren't at 4-5 weeks. They're barely even fertilized. Embryo's aren't in a state of unconscious-ness. They are basically brain dead.
