Well, today I went to church and my friend had her baby dedication, then I said goodbye to mum as she is going away for a couple of days with some of her friends. I came home and watched a ep of ds9 and then came on here. What about you?

A 2 hour run? Wow, that's a lot... Then you workout? What kind of a routine do you have if I may ask?

you can ask Its nothing to speacial...its just reps of 10 Pushups then 15 situps and repeat from 5-10 times (usually only like 6 throughout an extended period of time...an extended period of time being all day )... then sometimes I benchpress 60 lbs 5 times, then shower and then Im usually exsausted so I sleep or play video games...but Im having to lower the amount of time I run and the amount of working out I do because I stoped doing it for about a month

I went through a phase of sit ups and push ups but then it got boring, I have to find a way to make it fun so I'll keep doing it!

I see, I just asked as I go to the gym about 3 times a week and do some weight lifting. I don't really have a tight routine so I liek to hear what other people do

I have never heard it being put that way. When I would do it, if I didn't do it one night I would double it for the next day as sort of a punishment
