The romulans and klingons don't stand a chance, even with their cloaks. Only the Dominion and Species 8472 might be able too take them on, but you just won't have enough resources too completely whipe out their entire population, not even the Dominion or Species 8472 togther from both side would be able too pull it off. Plus they both don't use Cloaks eighter.

The only thing you can do against the borg is defend and hope they don't reattack too soon.

There is also transwarp conduits.
A borg vessel merely has to detect a vessel on sensors and any ship in the collective can merely use a transwarp conduit to appear there almost instantly.
But why don't they use that tactic against the federation ????????

The real question is: why send only 1 cube to attack the Alpha Quadrant when they can send 10000 and win easily?

That has been explained over and over again. It very easy actaully, try to keep up:

The borg work in an efficient way, they calculate the strength of an enemy and use as little resources possible to destroy the enemy, but still enough to be sure they can take them. Its a very logical way of fighting, their resources are plenty, their population and strength is this high because of this tactic.

Theoretically, 1 borg cube can destroy the federation, the borg know that and so they send only one the first time, thus the massacre at Wolf 359. But, the Borg where defeated by the crew of the enterprise, because the show revolves around them. That was an incalculateable event, which could only have happened on that point. So, the second time they attacked they did the same thing, attack with 1 Borg cube, theoretically the Cube could still destroy the federation with ease, but this time again the borg where defeated by an uncalculatable event, Picard.

But i'm sure, the next tim they will attack it will be when Picard is dead, since he knows the weaknesses of the Cubes.

They don't use the transwarp conduits because a Borg cube has Transwarp as well and can use that too get into the Alpha Quadrant fast enough. There is no need to reveal the secret of the conduits. Perhaps too fight another species that has Transwarp (the voth) as well they might use the conduits, but i'm not sure if the conduits are that much faster.

Since the Borg had time travel, doesn't it mean that since they haven't destroyed the Federation, they never will? Or does it mean that the Federation will go back and re-correct it? This leads to infinite regression, like the chicken and the egg.

Who was first?

the Borg hardly use timetravel. Only once s i can remember.

Maybe they can't, maybe they won't. We'll never know. Perhap the failure of the time travel in First contact made them think twice before doing it again.

Or you can believe my story in Fan Fiction

The Borg can never destroy the Federation or Humanity, we are far too stubborn for that.

Technology was invented to counter the very real Borg threat: The Akira class starship is one example, but after the threat diminished, the Akira was assigned to other duties as well.

Deep Space Sensor arrays such as the Midas Array, an early warning system.

Another more simplistic reason using Trek Tech is that a cloaked borg vessel or fleet would cause "subspace distortions". A known side-effect of a cloaked ship, though usually not a problem in a smaller vessel. However Borg cubes are considerably larger than most vessels.

e.g. an invisible giant moving to stamp on some people, but leaving very large footprints behind.

The Borg have powerful ships with ablative armour. Further more, The Borg do not sneak up on a ship and quickly assimilate them. They send many cubes to a planet and assimilate on a massive scale and so they do not need cloaking devices.
