First on the list would be Airwolf, that's just out of this world.
I also think the themes for The A-Team, MacGyver, Street Hawk (you won't remember it, kids), Knight Rider and The Incredible Hulk are all very cool.

I like the Sonic X themetune. The words are really easy, you just basically occaisonally sing "sonic, sonic X!" in a really stupuid voice over the music.
Once I tried to make up lyrics to the Buffy Themetune.
