PostWed Jul 20, 2005 1:42 am    Should Picard meet Prof. Charles Xavier?

Picard: Who are you if I may ask?
Xavier: I am Prof. Charles Xavier, I run a university in NY.
Picard: New York...
Xavier: Yes, Captain.
Picard: I find it hard to believe that theirs man that looks just like me.

Wouldnt it be funny if Picard met Prof. Xavier of X-Men?

Picard: The line must be drawn HEA! This far, no further!
Ahab: You got that right, sonny!
Picard: Let's make Moby Dick PAY for what he's done to you! *cackles maniacally*

LOL! That's great. ^^^ Both of you above. I still haven't seen the movie Moby Dick movie that Stewart plays Captain Ahab.
But I did think it funny that Lily in 1st Contact called him "Captain Ahab" seeing as to how he REALLY was Captain Ahab. LOL.

picard is xavier.....in the future. he built a space ship to go into hiding with the rest of the mutants on the moon, and he returned centuries later to join starfleet academy. when Q uses his powers it's really him. he invented Q as a scapegoat.

now lets have a panther party.

Is that really from the book? I don't know. I've never read it. But if it is, or even if it isn't, it's pretty good. lol.
well, it's creative, at least.

That novel is totally seperate. Both genre has nothing to do with each other. For it is just one of those Amazon.com deals where you can get a 2 books from a main actors characters.

But in book stores, I have seen an ACTUAL book where X-Men meet Star Trek. It's true. I thought it was stupid at the time and never bothered with it. But now curiosities starting to get the best of me. LOL

I can just imagine

Picard: "Meet my resident telepath, Counselor Troi."

Prof. Xavier: "Meet mine, Jean Grey."

Picard: "...Well then, meet my first officer whom I call Number One, Commander Riker."

Prof. Xavier: "Meet my 'Number One' Cyclops."

Picard and Prof. Xavier both raising their eyebrows and then both at the same time say:

Picard and Prof. X: "Favorite drink on three. One, two, three: EARL GREY TEA! HOT!"
