You sure like this topic don't you? You're probably one of the people who posts the most in this topic!
Neela Daren better than Dr. Crusher? We don't know as much about Neela as we do about Beverly! How can you like her more? The relationship between Picard & Crusher was so sweet and subtle, complete trust and true love. To me, the relationship Picard had with Daren was just a crush, nothing more.

Yes they were cute together, crusher and picard. But Daren and Picard was just perfect... ok more perfect, together. Picard and bev would have just grown to be this old annoying couple with matching jogging suits and... a dog cuz they're to old for kids and they always wanted a grandchild, but having wes as a son... yeah.

Beverly Crusher was someone Picard could always talk to. She was a friend as well as a member of the crew. No one else was like that.

i say crusher...but i think thats because i am used to them....however...the woman from insurrection was good with him...but i think she only brought out a couple of aspect in picard...where as Beverly brought out everything in him.....i fear Picard would have become board quite quickly with (Anij) is it?

Well, personally I favour Kamala the metamorph. Deanna Troi gave me the feeling that she is more like picard's trusted friend and maybe in a way, a surrogate daughter who he loves greatly. I also do not deny that he and Dr. Crusher definitely have quite some chemistry but I think they are better suited as good friends.
I favour Kamala 100%, she is good for Picard, our fav captain

Just to clarify, it wasn't Deanna, it was her mother. I like Beverly though. I still think they made a mistake not bringing that relationship into play, so he was the captain, they could find a way. That could have been a storyline in itself.

(BonC is Beverly on Jean-luC).........anyways...it's too bad we never saw Picard use that nearly-a-year's worth of shoreleave with Anij...woulda been interesting

Picard and Crusher is a good couple it shows in the episode hmmm i dont remember the name but the are captured by aliens and the place a mindreading device in both picards and crushers head and then they can read toughts from each other

BonC all the way! I loved "Attached"...that was my fave episode apart from the Lwaxana and Q ones....
They would've been great together, but jus' like J/C, the producers screwed us over, no pun intented.
