Times have been silenced
Like hopes to stop violence.
Go back in time
through the skies
just so I
may see your eyes.
The rush of wind
and staggering sinned
you are left
like tire skids.
What is love?
What is life?
What are you?
What am I?
Go with me to see the sea
like black clouds marketing the gleams.
With knew knowledge brought to us
we will see a sparkling lust.
Find a field of flowers and such
I will be there waiting for your touch.
Run if you must
follow all struts
but know that I
will never give up...

_________

I was just practicing. I know it's a little random. Any ideas for a topic?

Well... at the moment that poem scores in the same section of my brain as cowboys, and if you'd been paying attention, cowboys took over from my pirate obsession... this is basically a highly verbose way of me saying I like your poem...

LOL!

Gosh... "I like your poem" would've been easier to say

But thanks, none the less

I was going to say "On a scale of 1 to elephant, I'd give it peach and a button, but I thought it might confuse you."

I liked that one a lot Andrew!

I like all your poems/stories. But you already knew that!
