Does anyone know if there are books about Sisko while he was in the Wormhole with the Prophets? There are books about his return and his life after his return, but I'm interested in knowing what happened to Sisko while he lived with the Prophets.

There aren't any as far as I know.
The Millennium series is, as far as I can remember, set when Sisko is inside the wormhole as far as the narrative is concerned. The story is set in Season 6 I think...it's like Sisko is telling/explaining the story to the Prophets.
It's been many years since I've read it so I can't be sure but I think that's how it goes.
I know Unity sees Sisko's return from the Prophets but other than that I can't think of anything.

Sorry I couldn't be of more use to you. The link below might be useful to you - if you've not heard of it already, it's a sort of unofficial (I think) list of books that are out and upcoming books. I find it ususally has more information than the publishers site. Most of the books have excerpts or a plot summary at the least so if you're looking for books, I often find that's my best bet.
