I used to watch this show all the time, and now that they're showing it again on Spike TV, I just wanted to know if there are any other fans of this show on STV. Anyone else still watch it?

I think MacGyver could kick James Bond's ass.

I totally agree, James Bond needs gadgets, MacGyver needs duct tape, Not to mention, Richard Dean Anderson,

I love it. I taped all the episodes over time and now they can all go in the bin as I have the DVD boxsets to collect.

It's a great show, very underrated and not always remembered by fans of 80s TV. I can't believe how creative MacGyver was in the episodes. Did anyone ever see the episodes where he made a lie detector? That's right, HE MADE A LIE DETECTOR! Could anyone here do that? Well, could you?

There were two reunion movies in the 90s, very true to the spirit of the original and just as much fun. The best one is MacGyver: Lost Treasure of Atlantis (1994). It's an eventful movie from start to finish with wonderful performances from all and MacGyver doing what he does best.

If you're a fan, PLEASE buy the boxsets to ensure further releases. There were seven seasons in all, I believe.

He stole my last name, so I stole his haircut. Anyway, thats right, he can make bombs out of chewing gum, all Bond does is disarm them.

I've been meaning to get a few seasons on DVD since it's such a great show but I dont have much cash left.

I was just watching it. It was the one where MacGyvers friend pretends to hold him hostage and takes him to Mac's birthday party. Kind of a flashback episode after that.

If only Paramount and MGM would team up and do a MacGyver/Stargate Crossover where General O'Neill teams with MacGyver - that would be good.
