Um, what happens if you throw out your old American flag with the wrong number of Stars on it and it ends up in an incinerator? Is that breaking the law? And it just says flags... so can you burn Nazi flags or not?

You aren't supposed to throw out your old flag. Boy Scouts collect them, or you can usually drop them at Walmart. There's a flag burning ceremony, a way to do it correctly.
