Everyone involved in this whole incident was a freak:
-Michael Jackson. Okay, who would willingly mangle their face like that and say that they would kill themselves if they were not allowed to see a child again?
-The family- I don't know about you, but I would NEVER let any child of mine within 100 metres of MJ. He is Wacko Jacko the king of Freaks.
-The fans- *shudder* bring back the Elvis and Beatles fans. That's what dedicated fans should be like, not the freaks that follow Wacko Jacko around singing "We love you Michael!" and getting tattoos of him! The worst are those in denial *cough*Captain.Dan V2*cough*.
Okay, maybe that was a bit harsh, but Michael Jackson fans are a bit weird to follow such a strange man.

I am not in denial I aint a fan,
There was a program on Sky One (I never watched) but on one of the clips a grown man went to sleep cudling a pillow with Michael Jacksons face on it (When he was a kid).
That is wierd.
I do find some of his statements wierd to say the least but thats life.

If someone who is convicted can apply for an appeal, why can't the state appeal an aquittal?

I still don't think he is innocent. And it is the kids parents fault as well maybe to even let their kid to stay with him. but two wrongs dont make a right. they both guilty. Sick is all it is.

That it was the anniversary, or day after, of the O.J. case seriously amused me. I thought he was certain to get convicted, and I did think he deserved it...we can't get Blake or Jackson, but we can throw Martha Stewart in jail...heh. I liked Michael Jackson, and I didn't want to see him fall into this rather apparent...psychosis. Much as I may like him, it's hard to ignore that now. Can only hope that by some miracle he won't hurt any more kids, and that perhaps he'll better himself after this.
A little optimistic, but someone has to be.

^^I agree^^
To see someone so little and rockin his heart out to grow up to turn into what he did.. you wonder if something happend in his life to make him do that. I like Jackson's music, but I don't like how he's acted. Hopefully with all of this he'll finally change his ways and think more before he comments any serrious actions towards others.
