you know what i thought once.....that the kazon were like the delta quadrant version klingons  except a kinda less powerful and maybe more stupid

They dont live on a planet. The Kazon do not have there own planet. They were slaves on the Trabe homeworld. Eventually rebelled and stole the Trabe ships. They are basically Space refugees or whatever.

Yeah i used to think that but now i see they are more like the Delta Quadrant versions of Cardassians IMO
