I've listed three of the most popular motorsports. Which are your favourites and why?
Mine would have to be motorcycle racing. Formula One and Rallying are exciting in their own way and fun to watch. But nothing can beat the adrenaline rush of watching motorcycles taking corners whilst racing - if I, the viewer, am excited, I can only imagine the adrenaline rush the racers are getting.

Well, if the cars have motors, then they can be included as motorsports. 
I've never watched NASCAR - I don't even know if they show it on UK TV, terrestrial or otherwise.

No NASCAR? Wow...
Anyhow, I'd take a local dirt track with some sprints or late models before anything. I ran three Mini-Stock races, but never never made it past the heat races. I have many ties to local racing. Anywho; of major series, NASCAR kills the competition.

Indy Car
CART
LeMans
All of which would outrank any of those on your list.
