There's really only three characters in this series. Archer, Trip, and T'Pol. The other "main" characters didn't get enough time to develop any character changes.

Disagree, Hoshi changed a lot. She first was scared of space travel etc and she had over came that by the end of the show. Travis and Phlox really stayed the same.
