What do you think is the coolest star wars scence and the Sadest?
To me the coolest is the Anakin/Obiwan battle from ROTS.
The sadest scence is when they started to kill the jedi in ROTS.

Well, I haven't seen Return of the Sith yet, so this is from the rest of the movies. I don't think there's a particular "coolest" or "saddest" scene at all, since the entire saga is rife with such moments. If I had to choose, however, these would be among my choices.

Yoda's battle against Dooku in Atatck of the Clones is awesome. Just look at that green guy go! The entire movie was worth the one moment when Yoda draws back his robe and then uses the Force to move the lightsabre to his right hand rather than just picking it up.

The saddest scene, in my opinion, is the death of Obi Wan Kenobi, although it is comparable with the death of Qui Gonn. Both's were just so unfair and tragic, very well orchestrated.

I agree with those.
I think there would be several coolest scenes, including Yoda's battle against Dooku, Anakin vs. Obi-Wan, and the Battle of Couruscant/Endor.
Saddest would most likely be when all the Jedi are killed.

I liked watching Yoda block Palpatine's lightning and then send it right back at him as a huge ball in ROTS, the music in the background was awesome Yoda was really cool in that movie, and I loved the look of determination in his eyes

For me, the saddest was not exactly when all the Jedi were killed, but more particularly, when Mace Windu was killed. I felt my heart stop beating for a few seconds when that happened. He's so cool!

Coolest moment: Anakin Skywalker burning up as his limbs lay a few feet away from him.
Saddest Moment: Obi Wan's death.

Coolest moment: Death of Sidious by the hands of darth Vader

Saddest Moment: "Luke... I am your father". "Noooooooo!" Nah, the saddest moment is the killing of all the jedi's, especially Master windu, he was doing such a noble tihng, winning too. seeing him die was really depressing.

Coolest Moment: The final Death Star trench run in Return of the Jedi.

In Revenge of the Sith,
Quote:
I thought the coolest moment was when the Seperatist ship crashed on Coruscant - when that music kicked in,
you knew you were watching Star Wars once more.

Saddest Moment: Yoda's death in Return of the Jedi (It always said Return of the Jedi, what are you talking about? I certainly did not make a mistake and say that Yoda died in The Empire Strikes Back. Of course not, not me. And I certainly did not go back and edit this post later on. Stop looking at me like that; I'm taking the pills I promise!)

Coolest: Obi-Wan/Qui-Gon/Maul fight in Episode I

Saddest: either

Qui-Gon's death (I get strangely angry/sad/emotinal at that whole part... haha... like I've said before. I look at Qui-Gon like my own master)

or

"You were my brother, Anakin. I loved you."

Shame on me! Call myself a fan?! I shall go and hang my head in the corner for the next few days. Wot a daft mistake. In fact, if I can edit that post, that mistake may disappear.

Hmmm...yes, *Jedi mind trick* I did not say that Yoda died in The Empire Strikes Back - it was a figment of your imagination *End Jedi mind trick*

Problem solved

I think what was sad, is at the end of episode 3 when Obi Wan Kenobi told Anakin that he loved him. Sad.
