43. Look at what the first Bush did. He did virtually nothing good, yet this President has stood firm and strong and steadfast.

I liked the first Bush much better, he seemed more diplomatic and "presidential"

The first Bush had little charisma. He was a good man, and did a fine job as president, but he lacked leadership.
His biggest mistake was listening to the U.N. when they said "Stop" when we got to Baghdad... That worked out really well...
People wonder why we didn't listen to them this time around, pfft.

Born in '87 so I'm not a real good judge on the older bush. From what I have read, I would have liked him just about as much as I like this one now....

When the first Bush was president, I was kicking and screaming and wetting my diapers so I have no memory of him being president. Anyways, I voted for our current Bush.

Are you embarrassed that Clinton lied to Congress and got caught?

I am embarrassed because he did lie under oath. But we are not talking about personal issues. We are talking about what he did for the country and for the world.
Clinton was an amazing leader, he really did wonders. And now, it is screwed to hell.

HAH! Clinton was one of our WORST presidents! If there's ANY reason to say that he had made acomplishments, it's because of the REPUBLICAN CONGRESS. Welfare reform, NAFTA, etc were all because of the Republicans.

Few, and mildly, and almost all of them were because of the Republicans.

^nice. Clinton was a great leader. For example, the countries foreign exchange was never better.
Anyway, I'm not going to argue with you (r_m) about which president was better because we all have our own opinions on this matter.
Personaly, I think Bush and Bush jr are terrible. You think Clinton was terrible...
so whatever..
