BTW, my favorite SW character is Corran Horn, or Wes Janson. One for action, one for laughs.

They are cool too. Jaina is SUCH a natural for Rogue Squadron, and they are both really cool before that too.

Do you know what happened to Jacen's animal empathy in TNJO?

I just mean he was really good with animals in YJK, but in TNJO there is no mention of it (so far, I've actually only read the first few).

I was a fan of Star Wars before I ever got into Star Trek. Wars was better when all it had to compete with was TOS and some earlier Trek movies. TNG was great, but it and all the Trek series after it were more about cool new technologies. Wars was more of a fantasy story with epic type Heros and Villains. Not really comparable by that point.

Love Star Wars. Can't wait for the next one. But, I like how Star Trek explains everything so well. Star Wars is more of just a bedtime story.

My favorite Star Wars character is Darth Vader. He was a deep, complex, and VERY scary villain. He was so powerful, so cold, so evil, driven by a force more powerful than his own evilness, nothing could stop him. If he were after you, and you're not Luke Skywalker or Han Solo, you're as good as dead. He even killed Sir Alec Guinness!!! That's a scary guy!

Personally, I find some of Zahn's books were the best part of Star Wars, Mara Jade's character was developed really well, and the Thrawn Trilogy is what hooked me on Star Wars.

Talon Karrde is cool too. (It took me the LONGEST time to get the joke of the name of his ship, the "Wild Karrde")

The X-Wing series is also very well written, with enormous action scenes and good drama. Allston's books aren't quite as good as Stackpole's in terms of drama, but they make up for it in laughs.

*SPOILER*

I was REALLY upset when "Isard's Revenge" said that Wes Janson died, good thing he really didn't.

I got most of that. 'Fraid you're wrong, though, without any Borg around it will be hard for them to be assimilated.

The only star wars show i've actually seen from beginning to finish is the "Phantom Menace". I thought that was really good personally. For me though, nothing can come even near being as good as star trek!!!

C-3P0 is a little bit*h data would definetly win but the luke would come out of nowhere and cut data in two.

*SPOILER* I'M ABOUT TO REVIEL SOMETHING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW DON'T LOOK!!

mara jade ends up dying. luke takes it very hard considering they were married.

if you're a big star wars fan then you already know that Boba Fett ends up getting out of the sarlacc pit, losses a leg and has his body chemistry changed because of being inside the pit. he finally captures Han Solo, who wanted to get some more action by doin what he does best, but they stand there in a mexican stand off ( no offence ) and go their seperate ways

The first Teaser for SW2 is out now. Looks good. There is one scene---well, think "Braveheart" with lightsabers .

Here is what I've figured out in regard to AOTC from the previews, etc:

The title STINKS. But that's OK, we'll get over it. As long as they don't call #3 "Anakin Turns Evil and Becomes Darth Vader". (If you know 5MV you'll get the joke.)

Boba Fett will play a (possible big) role.
Anakin and Padme fall in love.
The Jedi are not allowed to love (I guess Luke didn't follow ALL the Jedi rules.....)
There will be massive action scenes, probably at least two.

Anything else?
