Which Star Wars movie do you think is the best?

Episode I: The Phantom Menace
Episode II: Attack of the Clones
Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
Episode IV: A New Hope
Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
Episode VI: Return of the Jedi

For years mine has been ROTJ--MANY years, but it has now been replaced by the AWESOME Revenge of the Sith.
But only by .01ish of a decimal

My choice in order:

1 - The Empire Strikes Back
2 - Return of the Jedi
3 - A New Hope
4 - Revenge of the Sith
5 - Attack of the Clones
6 - The Phantom Menace

I think it's a tie between A New Hope and Revenge of the Sith - I liked them both the same I think. It was good to see the Tantive back in Revenge of the Sith though

A New Hope
Return of the Jedi
Phanthom Menace
Empire Strikes Back
Attack of the Clones
Revenge of the Sith

...mmn...Revenge of the Sith didn't impress me near as much as the old movies. Or any of the other movies. But eh...they were all good.

How in the world of Conservative truth is the Phantom Menace number THREE, and Revenge of the Sith number 6! ::shakes head::

A New Hope
Attack of the clones
Return of the Jedi
The empire strikes back
Revenge of the sith (I haven't seen it yet)
The phantom menace

The top three rotate depending on what sort of mood I'm in

Phantom Menace was cool! Obi-Wan was young, Jar-Jar had lines, Qui-Gon was alive...I thoroughly enjoyed Episode I.

The major thing that puts me off The Phantom Menace is Jake Lloyd as Anakin Skywalker - his acting skill (or lack thereof) makes me wonder why he was chosen. I mean come on, I know it's hard to get kids to act to a certain quality but surely they could have done better than that.

And as for Jar Jar I can understand him being there with the film being marketted at kids. He's just not so popular with the adults.

Yes, I was the awful scum who voted for The Phantom Menace. Before Episode I came out, I had watched the original trilogy, of course, and was pretty versed in my basic Star Wars... but I wasn't really that into it. But I remember very vividly walking out of the theater after Episode I and having this awesome feeling of being like a Jedi. So I obsessed over the movie, that's also when I started studying Jedi philosophy. I'm the Episode I king, I know every nook and cranny of that movie... I don't know why it captured me so much.... weird. But yeah... it's my favorite.

I HATE Jar-Jar. I've always wanted to see him die in an angry mob
But it was BY FAR the worst, or at least worse than Revenge of the Sith. I've watched them all in order by now, and Phantom Menace is DEFINITELY the worse.

I changed my mind on the ranking... for now, anyway. I still have to see Episode III 9 more times before I decide whether or not I like it.

So

I
V
VI
III
II
IV
