No, I'm more afraid of not living before I die, if you get what I mean.

Yeh, living can be painful- mentally and physically, but death may include an afterlife- that might be painful, we don't know.

I'm not afraid of death, and as for how I die? The more painful the better. I refuse to die as an old lady asleep in my bed. That would be rather disappointing. I think death is an adventure, ya know? Just another step in the journey.

Nope. And I don't want to grow old. 60, maybe 70 years, tops. And how I die? Couldn't care less. I could die in my sleep, or be shot in the head - doesn't matter much to me.

Ya, dying old asleep would be pretty boring. But do you think death is the end of the journey?

I think so personally. Death is the end, and that's what there's to it. In my opinion.

I am not scared of dying, although the thought of it does make me rather anxious sometimes.
As for how I die, I don't really care, as long as it is not in my sleep. Ideally when I dito bee I would like fully aware of my surrondings, and have some of my family and friends with me at the moment of death. Basically, as long as I have a chance to say goodbye to the people I love, then I don't really care.
And it is my faith that death is only an entrance into eternal life.

as of yet I dont care weather I am scared of death or not, I ve seen it in loss of friends and loved ones, both in nice ways and bad ways,
for me death is death what is there to be scared about if you worry to much about it you dont live a fun live as your to scared that something will kill you.
and on the same line if your scared of how you die you wont life a fun life to much eather, cas you can die any way trying to not to be in that place is a little like trying to not make the sun come up.
so in the end its just death when it comes it comes weather four horsemen are with Mr Grim, will be the thing I am worried about .
lol no I am not really afraid of how and when I die, just as long as I get to see samantha reach at least 13 so I can imbaress her to all her teen mates and scare away all her bf's. (I am so evil arnt I )

I see it this way:
Why be afraid of death you can't change the fact that it is going to happen so why be afraid. When you die is when you are meant to die so just be happy and enjoy life to that point.

No, I'm not afraid of death. I see it summed up in this quote:
Quote: | Don't take life too seriously, because you will never get out of it alive. |
And as Isaac Asimov said:
Isaac Asimov wrote: | Life is pleasant, death is peaceful. It's the transition that's difficult. |
Which I agree with perfectly. I'm not afraid of death, I am afraid of pain, because pain can be prolonged and isn't very pleasant.

Not too worried about death as of yet, it's the part afterwards I'm more worried about.

I have a very firm belief in eternity. Dying will just be another adventure, after I'm done with this one. And I have no intention of leaving this life until I've finished learning whatever it is I came here to find out.

I don't know..
I would say it points both ways. I'm scared, but it's because of what we'll get when we die. God promised us Heaven. (I'm Catholic, btw) Will we be able to see others in Heaven? People that have gone before us? My friends and family that have gone before me? Thats where i'm scared. I want to see them.
Will I be able to touch the face of God, or be slaped in chains and sent to Hell? I don't really know.. I leave my fate up to God.
"In Christ alone.
I place my trust.
And find my glory in the power of the cross.
In every victory
let it be said to me
My so self strangth
My so self hope
Is Christ alone."
^^ In Christ Alone - Brian Littrell
I really love that song and I encourage any God-lovers to get it.
Basicly, I want to be with God so bad. All the time I think about it I feel pain. It could be worse... it could be so much worse.
If I die, I want it to be because of an heroic act. Saving a little boy from the rolling water, or saving a little girl from almost getting hit by a car while ridding her bike. I'll post more in my TIM topic. I have more I would like to say, but don't want to go way off topic.
God bless,
~Andrew

I'm not afraid of death. I am afraid of being a pointless, unambitious person on this planet and dying with no one knowing who i am. I would rather be infamous and live on forever in stories.
I want to live before I die.

No, not at all. I'm afraid to leave my loved ones behind if I die young, but that's about it. I'm certain there is an afterlife, and therefor I'm not afraid of dying. It's just another journey. My grandfather said: I'm kinda curious to what's there.

I'm not really afraid of dieing or how I die, I'm more afraid of when I die. I don't want to die and miss out on stuff in my life that I haven't gotten the chance to do yet.

yeah, that's what I mean by not wanting to die before I've lived. I mean, I don't want to sound like a *beep*, but I think it would suck to die a virgin.
