I celebrate holidays that no one else does like Epona's day, St Brigitte's Day, St Swithen's Day and the equinox and solcices (spelling?)
That way, I can be happy when no one else is and for reasons they don't understand.
We celebrate more foreign holidays now, like Dwivalli, Australia Day and Ede. It's all fun and games here in England... we have traditional jousting days at castles and crazy dancing on mayday.
America doesn't have any castles so they have to celebrate Thanksgiving instead. Do you say thank you to all the Native Americans who got slaughtered and got their land stolen from them and their buffalo killed?

Maybe if I'd had anything to do with it? Besides, all that happened after the day they honor as Thanksgiving. (And this holiday has nothing to do with needing something to celebrate because we don't have castles...)

There are some in Florida. Mostly in Pointe Verde. (Not too far from St. Augustine)

I wish my great grandfather was still alive. Would SO call him on these holidays.
I also want to thank the other service Men and Women in our armed forces. They work to ensure the free world stays that way
