Yeah, you remember the Enterprise J? The Enterprise ship from the future? I looks kinda skinny too me but then i notcied something about this enterprise or any other federation ship in that timeline when you see the fight show too Archer, they don't have any Armour Plating like Voyager has in the end of "End Game". I would say it comes quite in handy when fighting the Sphere Builders. I don't remember them using Transphasic torpedo's eighter.

Plot hole!

Or am i just seeing things?

Why do all the VOY fans hate the other Star Trek ships? They need to get over it and accept the fact that many ships are better looking than VOY.

Second, it doesn't have VOY's enhancements because by this point in time they are very primitive. Enhanced VOY does NOT=The epitomy of perfect. By the time of the ENT-J it is really primitve.

Its from the website Memory Alpha.

I'm not sure what it is made out of. Perhaps enhanced hull or maybe something new.

Actually, Enterprise-J is in the 3600's I think, maybe not that far, but pretty far away from the Voy era, so they could have gotton advanced technology, cause the "future" in Endgame was 25 years later then the "present" It should be noted, that this "future" ceased to exsist with the time change. with that said....

This Enterprise-J was many, many years in the future, long after the voyager "future", even the life times of the crew them selves. At that point in time, theres advanced technologies, there could very well be a MUCH stronger hull. And there was an episode of ENT, where they find a "POD" from the future, were on the out side it was a tiny cramped looking PD, but on the inside, it was much much larger, and several "decks" The hull design alone tells me, that technologies unknown to us, are used to make this ship.

Yeah, you two might be right, voyagers hull plating are already outdated in that time. Plus i also remember someone saying that Starfleet probably didn't even use the deployable armour and transphasic torpedo's from voyager since its in violation of the prime directive(it also counts for them).

But still, wouldn't deployable armour be very usefull? Of course, you can't really see the enterprise J that well to see if it has any deployable armout, but it is in combat in that pic.

In the show you can see the outside of the enterprise J, i saw it. Thats how i got too this topic.

Like I said, they probably had a much stronger technology. perhaps the Hull has the strenght of the deployable hull armour in it?

The Enterprise J wouldn't be in 3600's because J is only five classes after the F. Or did you mean 2600's.
