I woke up at 8:30, took a shower, watched 20 minutes of DS9, went to work. I worked as a Garden loader until about noon when it got super windy and cold, so we shut the garden register down... walked around doing aimless tasks until lunch. Lunch at 2 at the mall, back to work by 3. Cleaned up the lot a bit and the front loading dock,, loaded a few cars, stocked all the soda machines, pushed some more carts... got off work at 7. Now I'm at home... doing this...

Let's see.. class, a little promenade, read from a book, wrote a 9-page paper (MLA format), slept, and that sums it up!

MLA!? MLA rocks my world!!

I went to work. It was funny... because people are so weird, they'll just tell you their entire life story. Out of the blue. I had to go with this lady to load her cart up. She talked to me while we went back to get the stuff. I loaded the stuff, we stood there while she talked for 15 minutes. We went and stood in line so she could chack out, that was another 15 minutes of talking. She talked to me on the way out to her car, talked while I loaded, and another 10 minutes after I loaded. It's just so weird to me how people can just strike p a conversation like that. And not that she wasted my time... no, on the contrary. Got me out of 45 minutes of work. Crazy old lady.

Macbeth in 32 seconds in English class. Our English class is really fun because we do a lot of activities and have a lot of class discussion, we just came out of a week-length little session on philosophy and the history of the Renaissance to set us up for Macbeth, I really enjoyed it. Sadly, our school is in all likelihood closing at the end of this school year, and my teacher may not be going to the school to which I am going. Evil local school board/lack of provincial funding. Just once . . . I actually wish the province will step in and reverse the closures.

In History, it was our student teacher's last day, so we held a "speakeasy." We've just finished learning about the 1920s, 30s, and Great Depression. A speakeasy was an underground bar that operated during the Prohibition. So we had juice and snacks and period music in our cafeteria.

Finally met an ecology teacher that doesn't bore me. My class gets to evaluate the applicants for the ecology position...the first lady was insufferably dull, but the guy was really, really good. If they don't hire him I shall be...irked. And...wrote a little. Now I get to study for a quiz. Woo.

I finished my term paper (YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and I got it binded (is that the way you say it? when you put a nice band around it so it flips really good... omg I'm really not making ANY sense here. )

Anyway I also went to school, discussed some things with my classmates & teachers about the gradutiondate, how we wanted things and stuff. I'm in charge of the invitations! That's gonna be fuuuuuuuuuun.....

And... I did the dishes for my mom and dad, so my dad could take a bath (damn, I should be a poet...) and my mom could watch Bridget Jones; The Edge of Reason.

Today at The Home Depot (oh, it's so lovely...) I had to take 5 training classes. I suppose they have to meet this training quota for the month but they had procrastinated it until these last couple days...

So I took HD Credit 1, Loading Customer Vehicles, Entering Data into Will Call, and best of all (really) Glass Cutting and Key Cutting.

Glass cutting and Key cutting are cool. And I got to make a new car key... for free... which was cool, because my new one has one of those black rubber tops. Nice. Anyway. Now... if any of you need a new key of some glass cut... I'm your man.
