What episode and which season do you see the dominion... i am watching DS9 like a hawk for the episode, can some1 help me?

u see them some in season 5 and a LOT in seasons 6 and 7

You first seem the Jem'Hadar is the episode "The Jem'Hadar" which is the last episode of season 2. The Jem'Hadar are the most common and most powerful dominion species.
You see the Dominion from the end of season 2 through to the end of season 7

^Thats right thats where the USS Odyssey confronted 3 dominion attack ships. That was the first federation - dominion confrontation.
