Yeah... I mean, they got no help whatsoever when Kuwait was invaded...
It's one thing to not like American's or w/e your issue is, but it's another to totally deny facts.

No doubt. It may seem off to you, but to the one to whom it was addressed, it includes past discussions, making it not an assumption,  And it would be the person who posted just prior to myself.

Emmm I didn't mean it in that way, just seemed a bit odd to randomly have this "Thank You" Sign just outside Kuwait City. It's not exactly like it was well obvious it was aimed at the U.S troops, seeing as that was in 1999, and Kuwait got invaded a fair few years before that.
