Since I had them, I have to awkwardly move my jaw everytime I want to open a packet or rip tape with my teeth. It's sooooo annoying. And I wake up after wearing my retainer and my teeth feel soft.

It's this thing I wear at night... cuz my jaw is fuked up... soooo... I'm not sure if you can call it braces, since I don't use them because of my teeth... :?

I got my braces in middle school. It was supposed to be for 2 years, but I ended up having them for 4 years. 
How long do people usually have them for these days? I don't keep up with dental technology.

my retainer are clear and plastic and fit over my teeth - like a custom bleaching tray... of which i have too . they suck to talk when you're wearing them, but i only wear them at night.

my'ne craked ages ago! my'ne is also clear, Im supposed to wear it all the time but I only wear it at ninght time
