Friday the 13th Series, and Movies

What do you guys think?

Personally I like the movies over the series even though it is not at all scary.

Yes! another fan of the movies, I love the movies the series kind of sucked to be honest. Overall the movies were good with the exception starting at part 6, 6 was borderline on the overproduction of special effects they lost that special look that parts 1-5 had. I think the worst out of the whole series so far was part 8, they went way overboard they made the movie too corperate with the soundtrack and so forth until part 8 they never had opening music or anything. I personally like Jason goes to hell eventhough they went overboard with the special effects even though they needed it since it was more supernatual than slasher. The scene with the doctor eating Jasons heart almost made me hural when I first saw it. lol.

I like the scene where Jason gets hanged and never dies. Also that scene in Jason X were he gets blasted by that Love Bot's Grenade Launcher.

Are you refering to the hanging scene from part 3? if you are I am also amazed that it didn't kill him. and Jason X was kind of odd but still good. Do you have the Jason X DVD?
