The absolute best for features, 100WebSpace. It's a very awesome and reliable free hosting company. They used to not have 'any' ads, however now, to keep up with costs, they've gotten ads on there. They have some good pay plans also, of course the best plan paid would be 9.95 a month for unlimited features, mostly, from Doteasy.
