What? The way you post is more normal than me? Ok...

I'd agree with you, but I vote based off of who would really win. So if they pitted VOY against a ship that would lost to it, I'd pick VOY easily. I'm sure you would too. So no argument, but yeah we always seem to be on the opposite side of the argument.

"Y-wing, there's always a way...and I don't like the Defiant"-You.

If thats not proof, I don't know what is....

Well like I said, you shouldn't get offended by that post. Its really not mean at all. I even added a , apparently you guys did not pick up on it.

T is inactive right now. Not dead. And I still talk to people from here on MSN. How I found out about this loveliness...

^This post isn't meant to put down Deb or Captain Proton in anyway. In the other topic, this is how they were posting.
You both told Andy you found it offensive. He clarified that it was only meant to be a joke. We really should have moved on from there. It really wasn't a personal attack, merely an observation.

And come on, Captain Proton, Defiant losing simply because you don't like it? What kind of reaction do you really expect?

Just stop that "sort" of posts. I`m getting sick of you 2, Founder and Cap. Proton! You 2 are always fighting. I don`t want that. I respect you both, but try to respect each other to. And if ya don`t want to talk with each other, then DON`T react to the posts of the other person.

^Thanks, but the mods can handle things.
They disagree, so what? And Andy does have a point. "______ will win because I said so" That's not a valid reason, and that's all that's being asked, valid reasoning. So neither ship is real. There are detailed schematics of both. From that you form your opinion. Not, "I like Y wings better, so they will win". That's... lame.

And I still choose the Defiant.

You know what? I'm sick of people telling me to be quiet or stop arguing. Most of you are under the impression that I argue simply because I dislike Cap. Proton or because I'm "mean". I argue because of the ridiculous posts.

"Hhhhmmm. I hate the Defiant, so somehow that automatically makes the Y-Wing win."

Uh huh. I'm simply trying to root out posts like that. I find it annoying. I don't do it for no reason. Have I argued with ANYONE else about something out of WN? No. I remember I was in denial about the Defiant Vs. Soveriegn. I REFUSED to admit the Defiant would lose. Eventually people, instead of saying "Yuh huh! Defiant sucks!", they gave me PROOF. Eventually I admited that the Defiant would lose. Because its the TRUTH. If I had kept saying the Defiant would win, that would have gotten annoying really fast and been childish. Then again, maybe I shouldn't be doing that. I guess I should ignore posts like that and just offer my opinion....

(None of that was directed at you T. I appreciated the help actually. )

And I still choose the Defiant too.

let's just say, one torpedo or phaser and the y-wing is history... the defiant would easily win.. the y-wing shields and weak and couldn't handle one blast of the defiant's weapons

The defiant should be able to transport a vessel that small so whilst its in the transporter buffer it could beam it into space and leave it de-materialised. bye bye Y-Wing

Offically, but it was started way earlier, but the test runs had problems, causeing a delay in production run.

I got my info from www.ussmiranda.com Most of these specs listed there for defiant class are true, ive seen them, I just dont like hunting all over the web for true specs bits at a time
