I've got a blog at my website. I wrote the script myself. I don't update it every day, sometimes it goes for a week without updates, but it's a good way to bring fresh content to my site's front page, and of course record happenings in my life.
I've tried keeping a private hardcopy journal several times before, but it never worked out, I just wasn't able to commit to it. Besides, I'm faster at typing than writing with a pen.

I've got an old fashioned diary, but I don't write in it that much. Just when something is really bothering me and I can't tell anyone.
I've also got an online one, but don't write in that much either. Just because I don't want to say all the stuff that's on my mind, it's too personal. I'll call my boyfriend instead to tell him Or I'll tell my parents

I've got a paper diary, which I only write in when I don't have access to a computer.
I've also got an online journal: http://www.livejournal.com/~caitlynishrama
I don't post in there enough but when I do you can read all my thoughts. However, I'm warning you- it's not always pleasant reading.

I've kept a journal on paper for about 4 years now...never got into the habit of keeping one online. I like keeping my thoughts confined to what I can see, rather than letting others see them.

I've got both. I always have so much to say though, and writing it with pen and paper, my hand just gets way too tired, and it takes FOREVER, but occationally i still do write the old fashioned way. I have 2 online journals. One that's for everyone to see http://spaces.msn.com/members/dncer4evaa/ and the other one is with a different host, but it's only for me to see. It's extra details and whatnot that i don't care to have like my friends at dance or something reading. You all are welcome to visit my one that i linked you to above! Leave comments if you go!!

I don't have one. I forget a lot of things most of the time. Even if it just happens. I have ADD, so ... never really any use for a diary. Although, I should have one. I could write a book on my past. Oprah wanted me on her show.. But I'm a very private person.. So no journal.

I have tried to keep a Journal for some time but I can't seem to keep with it, I've tried both Pen and Paper, Livejournal and Xanga but I never seem to keep them up for any amount of time.

it seems a great many of you have some form of journal system.
a reason why I started this is I am thinking about installing the live journal prgram onto my sever and just wanted a rough idea on how many people used the things.

I love livejournal with every fiber of my being. Its so much more customizable than xanga, and while its the words on the page that count, the way the page looks is pretty high up there too. On Xanga, you can only change some colors, unless you pay for it.

I have my crappy online one that I hardly every write in. But I have a real pen and paper one that has lots of *beep* in it. I write it like I mean for other people to read it. I read bits of it the other day and couldn't help laughing.
