Theme Song of Enterprise

This just came to me why did they pick the song Faith of the Heart for the Enterprise Theme song? And explain why you think they picked it.

I think they picked in my opion that they did that because its like they waited for along time and now they got thier chance. And beening able to explore the stars. And everything has changed for the best for them in some sense.

Basicly what you said I think it just goes with the theme of the show, humans going into deep space for the first time, not letting the vulcans or technolagy limits stopping them

I think the theme tune is great, they couldn't have chose anything better IMO. I prefer the origional theme from season 1 & 2 though.

Dam, i watched the new series first episode last night and they have remixed the song, it sounds a lot worse, i used to turn up my t.v to listen to the song loudly, but now i walk out the room and igore it!
They spoiled it!

^ Same here. I heard the new one for the first time last week and I didn't like it that much. I really don't like how it starts off but it does get better as it goes along... still prefer the original, though.

Yeah i think that at the very least they should have had the theme tunes the other way around. The new version just seems too cheery for the dark times of season three.

I agree.

With some of the starts that season 3 had of it's episodes and when the theme would come on you be be like OMG

and then the theme would come on and it would just seem really happy and cheery like everything is going right for the crew in this episode and then you would hear the theme and thing. I want the old one. lol.
