Actually, that was Quark's brother in "The Maginificent Ferengi" when they ran a simulation of the group trying to ambush Jem'Hadar soldiers while trying to free Moogie

Quark initially annoyed me, but as the show progressed I learned to appreciate him, sort of the way Dax appreciated him I guess.
