PostSun Feb 27, 2005 7:55 pm    iPod Question

I've got an iPod, but I can't find my iPod CD and I don't know how to get music onto it via iTunes. Can somebody help me? (Note: I have iTunes)

Your ipod should come with a USB cord, you plug that into the ipod and then into the computer and you download the song from itunes right onto your ipod.

But how do you download? That's what I can't figure out.

there should be a button next to the song that says download, you just click that. Once, not twice .

I have the latest version, and I can't find that, but I'm sure I will be able too. However, how do I make it an Album, Playlist, etc AND add full CDs?

Download it straight to your computer and organize it in WMP.

Well, you'd be quite stupid if you did that, cause you'd get problems with the WMA file format. Also, WMP playlists can't be used in iTunes.
And iTunes isn't that hard to figure out...

But I can't, for some reason. It's the only computer software program that I've used that I've had trouble using in a LONG time.

Yes it does, but I think he wants to know how to make playlists and all, but I've got the Dutch version so I can't help. :/

Update iPod does nothing, and I can't even click on it. But I don't want to update it--I want to add music. (I've updated 2 time before)

I had that too, you should use the iPod Updater to format your iPod, then update it again. That should do it.

Then you should probably take it back to the shop and tell them they gave you a screwed iPod, then demand a new one.
