Chapter one

The Black empty void of space dark, overpowering. The small lights that struggle to peer through mark the presence of stars. Even the strongest star doesn�t shine though especially here in this dark place, a place filled with terror. Terror that feeds on the weak, Terror that feeds on the suffering of the weak.

In the Dark empty void, the peace was disrupted by a fleeing ship it was tiny, damaged, it was a Ferengi freighter it was runny from something, a ship that was firing on it. It was a Sovereign class vessel, but it wasn�t one that�s known this one was darker, meaner, more weapons then normal. Torpedoes and phasers fire on the weak Ferengi ship its shields flared as they continue to weaken. The Sovereign flew after it like a hunter after its prey the name on the saucer read: I.S.S. Raptor. The Raptor continued firing on the Ferengi ship knocking the shields down, the phasers then fired on the engines disabling them the ship stopped dead in its tracks, the Raptor stopped on top of it also, loomed over the Ferengi ship Like a snake over a mouse after about 10 minutes torpedoes fire from the Raptor and raced to the tiny defenseless ship destroying it in a fiery violent explosion.

�What did we get?� A voice demanded. As the owner of the voice walked in a room filled with bright shiny gold bars.

�We got Six hundred thousand in Gold sir.� A voice replied a tinge of fear was in it. As the Voice walked around, various crewmen saluted him with out hesitation, they did not return to work until he had completely walked by.

�That�s all?!!� The voice screamed, �You detected more than that!!� Disgusted at the failure of this crewman with out hesitation the voice drew a phaser and fired. The crewman vaporized in a bright flash as he screamed in pain, his screamed echoed the room for several seconds afterwards.

The voice walked out of the room, a bodyguard close behind him. The owner of the voice, one captain John Seiko walked down the hallway towards a turbo lift; he entered and went to the bridge. On his arrival several officers immediately saluted and stood at attention. He went to the command chair where the first officer sat.

�Get out of the chair� He demanded. The officer just simply looked at him.
�Get out or ill add another scar to your face.� He added as he drew his dagger. This threat made the officer move, because he knew he would live up to his threat, at the least most likely killing him. Seiko sat down and simply stared ahead, not wanting to look at anyone.

Several hours later on the quiet bridge there was a sound from a near by console. This time it was an Orion ship that had been detected sensors showed that it had some gold but there were several Bajoran life signs on the vessel that was the main target. Bajorans were aggressively hunted now to pay for the crimes against the Terrans they preformed when they were members of the Alliance when Terok Nor was taken over by the Terran resistance, Bajor prime was cut off form Alliance support by blockade. Two years after the take over the resistance, once again under the former name of past glory the Terran Empire, struck at Bajor and conquered it within minutes this was the first step in regaining what was lost. In the following months more battles occurred as the Empire gained strength. Now years later in 2380, most Bajorans were either Terran slaves or dead. There were still a few that were not captured. Those that weren�t were hunted animals; the Alliance still can put up a fight but pulled back leaving Bajor Prime and its colonies to themselves.

�Target the shields, weapons and engines� Siesko ordered. Weapons fired on the tiny frigate as it uselessly tried to free the much larger and more powerful Terran ship.
