I ALWAYS wonder about the connection between Andorian subspecies and marauders not even NEAR their homeworld... just because I don't have a spaceship I cannot visit them to check them out for real. Pity me...

Soz for the off-topicness if you can call it that...

Trip won't be leaving permanately, they're using it for a story, there will be things later, on, but I hate to give deep spoilers. Connor is not leaving early.

5/10 in my books.

It finished up way too quickly and left too many open threads in my books.
For example, after they forge the alliance in "United", they didn't seem to do much with this network of starships they tried to assemble. It's like... one distress call Enterprise picks up and then it's all over afterwards.

I'd have to agree with you there Kuro, 5 out of 10 most definately (probably misspelled that ). I thought it was a "nice" episode overall, but it left too many holes in my book as well, I mean...didn't they forge the alliance to help search for and destroy the Romulan drones? And what happens? Enterprise is shown alone with a lone Aenar onboard and they destroy the two drones with help from the Aenar under Romulan control...some alliance hey?

I hated this episode so much! I hate episodes where after I watch it, I get all pissed off at star trek for being so lame. This is at least the 10th time its happened with enterprise, I say good riddance when it goes.

This episode was "ok." The main plot was not too exciting or interesting. The sub plot with Trip (and T'Pol) might develop into something in the next few episodes.

I hope not. Its way too cliche. I very much dont like it happening. It never bothered Trip before, and suddenly, its a factor! It wasnt even a problem when she was married. What a crock.

You must not have been paying attention it was. I think the reason it bothers them both now, is the way that T'pol keeps pushing away, she wasn't really doing that before, at least not as hard.

Trip has been picked on since "Daedalus" if you pay attention to the little hints shown from that episode on. Something like this has been building for a while, so when his "thing" was mentioned, I felt semi-surprised, but it didn't feel out of the blue to me.
