I think it will be cancelled. The ratings havent improved at all, they have gone down slightly. It was only saved at the end of season 3 by the skin of its teeth. I dont think it has a chance this year. Too expensive for what ratings it gets

Im willing to give it a chance. But if it keeps screwing up the timeline than I want it erased from ST history.

No, its not going to happen! I REFUSE to believe it! Because i think if it does then it will most likely be the end of Star Trek, and with such a fan based thing as this, it cant end. If Enterprise ends, they will most likey think they are un able to get a large enought fan base to start a new one.

Ok. What do I THINK? I think it will probably last the full run. UNLESS it keeps screwing up.

most likely it will, I love the show, but whats his name (the boss guy) said somthing about wanting a long break from trek before the movie (which is schedualed for 07??) that and you got channles like the sci fi channle (*which if you have cable or somthing youve got it) with so many shows and the few that do watch enterprise (only certain systems have upn, a major mystake for the posses at paramount to only want trek on upn, no wonder the ratings suck) seem to have a problem with it

I dont really think it should be canceled, I just think people should love it for what it is and stop calling it Star Trek. Enterprise is a show loosely based upon Star Trek, it is not Star Trek. Star Trek was Star Trek, Star Trek: The Next Generation was Star Trek, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine was Star Trek, even Star Trek: Voyager was Star Trek. Enterprise is indeed cool, but you will notice it does not bare the prefix Star Trek. In my opinion calling Enterprise Star Trek is like calling SG-1, or Quantum Leap, Star Trek (both tor cool shows by the way).

I think it will last until season 5 at most.
and yes it is actually Star Trek: Enterprise. If you look at the opening credits of the later seasons then you will see that

Enterprise is badness, and I think very much it will end after this season. Its a shame, really. Even though it is crappy, its still Star Trek.

Indeed. I remember reading about the lack of a "Star Trek" prefix to the title in Star Trek: The Magazine, and how Berman and Braga were so sure that everyone would know it was Trek. Apparently they were mistaken.
The show needs new management. I'm glad that Manny Coto has been brought in, I want to see Ira Steven Behr in there again, and Berman and Braga out.
I don't want Enterprise to be cancelled, I fear what that would mean for the franchise. Season four has definitely helped, and I think that it will not get cancelled at the end of the season because Paramount will hope that enough fringe viewers are willing to give the show a chance. When it comes down to it, ratings aren't always tell-tale.
Although traditionally, Trek shows have always done very well in syndication. Perhaps it's my preferred mode of viewing them: I was only into Trek by the time Voyager started ending, and even then I didn't watch new episodes regularly, I started watching the old reruns. I prefer to watch the old episodes that are available on demand rather than the weekly releases.

Enterprise itself is cool. The actors are wonderful. Graphics kick butt. Story is GREAT. Beginnings of the Federation? Awesome idea. The major problem is the continuity. They keep ruining it. For God sakes its on websites and books. They have an entire chronlogical ST book at the bookstore. They should go and buy it. All they would have to do is go based off of that. Why is that so hard? It would still be interesting. A few time travel episodes? Ok sure. They HAVE to include the Borg? Then pull a VOY(reset button) fight the Borg or whatever but then do something that restores the timeline and fixes their memory. We are angey because its a constant blunder on the ST we know. Now everything in TOS, TNG, DS9, and VOY are all wrong. It sucks.

I agree. Star trek might not end, but it will be gone for a very long time without Enterprise.
I do not believe it will end though. Why do I say that? One reason. saveenterprise.com. The people here are great, and they do a wonderful job. Our connections our good. The campaign is heading into high gear now, so if you want to help, hop to it.

Did you not read any of my posts? I like ENT. I am sad to see it go. IT upsets me too, especially when it was getting good. Im just saying that this shouldn't be a surprise. The fans have just not been pleased, but in the spirit of saving it. Im signing that petition.

No worries. It is strange that all the "threats" of cancellations has been lingering forever. Then suddenly it happens. All I want to know is: what happens to Star Trek now?

Well, it could be bad for a while if Enterprise is done. Now is definitely the worst time ever that Moonves could have picked to pull the plug on Enterprise.
Notice I still said if, even though it was cancelled. There is still possiblities people, we can't give up hope yet.
