Now you yankees probably haven't heard of this movie, I think so at least. But has anyone else here seen it? It's about the last 10 days of Hitler and the thrid reich. It's pretty darn freaky the way Hitler is portrayed and it's done really well (hence, he speaks German, not English with a German accent ) But anyway, I loved it. It's very interesting to see and it makes you realise a bit that Hitler was more a man than a monster too. I think it's going to be released over there by the title of "the downfall"

I don't plan to see this one either... It''l bring my whole week down and besides, my German isn't what it should be; it'll be hard to understand.

I'd watch it if I could (simply because it's in german) only I won't be able to understand anything either. I've learned a bit from all these years of listening to Rammstein but unless they slow down I wouldn't understand a thing.

That they speak in German doesn't mean that It doesn't have subtitles!

Anyway, you can have a bias about Hitler saying that he's a monster who actually had no human qualities and I'd say for me being part of mankind that is a very comforting thought. But not going to see it for the reason that you think he is a monster is just silly, because you can't judge the movie if you haven't seen it. I also thought it was very accurate on what I have read about the last few days of the third reich and even if you don't think that the last days of Hitler are interesting, than at least that is.
