me and tomparis are going to do a movie using the halo engine basically a funny rip-off of rvb but we are not sure what software we owuld use to go about recording it. does anyone know what we are looking for?

Get a TV capture card. Theyre kind of expensiveish. Its pretty much the only way to do it. Comes with video editing software, capture software, *beep* of plugs to hook up your consoles directly to your computer, etc.

Ermm...The only ways I can think of, is a TV Capture, All in Wonder graphics card, or a Dazzle DVC. All pretty costly.

Simple first get a bunch of Audio, Video Cables.
Connect them to the VCR, and to the XBoX.
Now get a bunch more Audio, Video Cables and connect them to a DVD Player with a recorder (if you have one).
- XboX + VCR + DVD Recorder - All Connected
Record the stuff on the DVD Recorder
Take the DVD recorded stuff to your computer and copy all the DVD stuff to your computer, and find some video editing software and start editing.

You would have to have an S-Video or RF port on your video card. Usually doesnt come with standard ones, hence the All in Wonder card.
