Voyager has:
15 Decks
13 Type VIII Phaser arrays
4 Photon Torpedo tubes
38 class VI photon torpedos (Normal intrepid classes have 40 torpedoes)
2 Tri-colbolt devices
normal cruise warp 6
can easily sustain a maximum speed of warp 9.975 for quite a long time.
standard level structural integrity feild.
single hull (No armor like the Enterprise & defiant)
is a "Relitivly small science vessel"
Is 2rd built in it's class
was commisioned 2371
has 2 holodecks
3 transproter rooms
at least 3 cargo bays
modifiable warp neccels
retracting neccels which helps create a stable warp field and doesn't damage subspace as much as other classes.
Standard shield system (modifyd many times in on there journey home)
Has a cargo hold which was converted to a shuttle bay (To hold neelix's shuttle)
Has approximately 2 Type 9 shuttle craft, 1 Type 8 shuttle craft & Tom Paris's "Delta Flyer"

Is there anything else you would like to know?

The Trans Phasic torpedos are an error, Voyager did not have them until 2377 and that was only because of a Temporal Prime directive volation (Episode 7.25 Endgame), the torpedos themselves where probably developed closer to 2400.

Here is Voyager's Specifications according to the Starship Spotter book:

Dimensions:
Overall Length: 344.5 metres
Overall Width: 132.1 metres (at widest point)
Overall Height: 64.4 meters

Weight: 700,000 metric tons (Think several hundred herds of elephants and you won't be far off)

Speed:
Crusing: Warp 6
Maximum: Warp 9.975

Acceleration:
Rest-Onset Critical Momentum: 4.08 sec
Onset Critical Momentum-warp engage: 0.59 sec
Warp 1-4: 1.08 sec
Warp 4-6: 2.91 sec
Warp 6-9.975: 5.65 sec

Duration:
Standard Mission: 6 years
Projected Yard Overhaul: 24 years (built to last)

Weapons:
11 Type X Collimated Phaser Arrays
4 Mk 95 Direct-Fire Photon Torpedo Tubes

Embarked Craft:
2 Workpods
4 Shuttlecraft
1 Aeroshuttle Atmospheric craft (ever noticed the distinct shape on the base of the saucer section, that's the AAc, but it has never been seen on camera)
1 Delta Flyer (as of 2375, Voyager only)

Ah, how I love that book - I suggest you have a read.

"1 Aeroshuttle Atmospheric craft (ever noticed the distinct shape on the base of the saucer section, that's the AAc, but it has never been seen on camera"

^
That is not confirmed.
and i meant Tri-Colbolt Devices. A normal Intrepid class isn't equipped with these.
and voyager has 13 type VIII Phasers

It's origional crew for it's first mission was a complement of 141. This increased whilst voyager was in the delta quadrant.

Aren't there 2 (or more) Delta Flyers in like season 6? You hear them talking about sending a Delta Flyer to some nebula...

i think voyager also has one more phaserbank and one more torpedo tube.

there's like a hole or something just right above the port aft torpedo tube and they fires phasers from there in a number of episodes.

the fifth torpedo tube is located on the bottom of the secondary hull.
harry kim fires a torpedo from that launcher against the vidiians in the episode "resolutions" on season 2. I also thinks Tuvok fires a torpedo from there when they assaulting the Hirogin hunting vessels in the episode "Flesh and blood part 2" on season 7.

Voyager's cruise speed is more likely warp 6.2. In the episode "Pathfinder" on season 6, commander Herkins at Starfleets Pathfinder project has extrapolated Voyagers course back to Earth, and also they're current position, and I thinks he says something about that it should be their position calculated with their cruise of warp 6.2 and several stops for maintanance. Also, when we see's aliens talking about Voyager's position or course from their ship it's very often told "They are currently at warp 6.2 heading...".

Voyager's top speed is somewhat lower than warp 9.975. Voyager has never achieved that velocity and the ship was almost teared apart when they pursued Tom's transwarp shuttle and the computer said that structual collapse is imminent when they where at warp 9.95 and they were forced to slow down to warp 9.5. Tom Paris also says in the episode "The 37s" when the humans they encounter asks how fast Voyager can go, he answers "warp 9.9". The intrepid class starships were designed to be capable of sustaining warp 9.975 for about 12 hours, but the reason of voyagers lower top speed is probably because the lack of maintanance and refits.

There was only one Delta Flyer constructed (5.3 Extreme Risk) and that was destroyed by the Borg (6.24 Unimatrix Zero).

A replacement was obviously rebuilt as the Delta Flyer was seen again in 7.2 Imperfection.

I have just seen the episode you are refering to and it was The Delta Flyer...

THe new one is name "The Delta Flyer" aswell.

In "Drive" on season 7, Paris navigates the flyer fast in the asteroid field and the dialouge says:

Tom: What's the matter Harry? You look a little pale.
Harry: I voluneered for a test flight, not a suicide mission.
Tom: How could we put the new Delta Flyer to her paces without taking a few risks.

Admiral Janeway is not arriving in the Delta Flyer. It's a future version of the Type 9 shuttlecrafts, very similar to the ones that Voyager carries. SC-4 that stands on the shuttle is probably some expression for example "Starfleet Command 4" or something

Voyager was able to sustaine warp 9.975 but only for a few weeks. In the second episode YOU HEAR TOM PARIS SAY "Engine efficiantcy is down another 14% and more and we'd have to get out and push"

Without acces to spacedock for maintenence Voyagers warp capabitlity was decreased.

No voyager does not have a phaser hole abover the aft torpdo tubes. It is the Aft, Port phaser strip on the saucer section. It looks like it's coming from near the torpedo tubes but it's actually on the other side of the ship.

The 5th torpedo launcher i actually think that was used for launching probes but was easily modifyed to launch photon torpedoes.

Yeah i notcied that alot about voyager traveling at warp 6.2, also in quite a few episodes they say warp 6.5. I think that they average the normal cruise velocity to warp 6 with starships but could actually be pushed a little higher. and im sure they could do it with some modifications to the warp drive.

In the 37's i think that Tom Paris would say "Warp 9.9" because that woman was from the early 20th century and even sayin warp 9.9 would sort of confuse her. It would be even worse if he said warp 9.975. Plus he estimates that speed in MPS for her and it would be much harder to estimate what warp 9.975 would be in MPS. lol.

Unforuntaely, Voyager already blew their torpedo and shuttlecraft complement by the end of the season, with around 15 Shuttles destroyed and 92 out of 40 Torpedoes used.
