Over 210,000 deaths
However, what the Inonesian government is doing to us...makes me wonder if we should really be helping them. A few days after 9/11, Indonesians (including the government) were proclaiming "Go to hell, America," and now they're only giving us 3 months and won't even let our planes run runs for their security. Some thanks.

You know who was the first to show up on the scene? The US. But noooooo. The Liberal Media and other Libs just can't let that be seen. "No. We weren't fast enough." Bah!

I think they should "Stick to helping those who need it" rather than arguing about who is helping more than the other.
The people in South Asia needs lots of help, and everyone from every country should help and not argue about who not helping fast enough.

Agreed. And did any of you watch the Tsunami Aide prgram on NBC, USA, CNBC, MSNBC and other NBC-run stations last night? It was good. The NBC one had Jay Leno as the main host, and that was inviting although, of course, he didn't really joke. They had famous people that would give speeches, such as even Bill O'Reilly, and actors and actresses would man the phones. They had bands play music in between, too. It was nice.

It's silly that the Darfur thingie wasn't bad enough to make people wanting to aid them in the way they are doing now with the flood.
