I think its a good idea and will certainly be sending a letter to Tony Blair. I know this is happening in the UK but I'm not sure about anywhere else.

That's actually a really cool idea. I used to have a band like that, from the Kerry-Edwards compaign. It's buried in one of my boxes of stuff from my dorm, though.
I'd be interested to see if we could get the white bands in the US.
