Yes, I change my vote from ham... I just remembered that we have a big pot roast ("roast beast") for Christmas. I'm not to into that kind of meat, I prefer my chicken. But it's all good.

I think Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are the best... We have stuffed mushrooms, eggrolls, chicken wings, shrimp, 7 layer dip, onion rings, cheese sticks... good little snacks that build up to a good big meal. Not to mention the wine selection... usually better at New Years, but oh well. yummy

Hmmm, we had roast something.... No lamb, since it didn't look good, same with the oysters, gosh darn.
So that changed it to:
Fruit/Cheese/Cracker Platter
Salad
Roast something
and
Macaroni with Calamari Marinara (squid)
Aaaaaaaaand, chianti.
had tiramisu for dessert,
french toast and mimosas for breakfast,

Oooh, tiramisu for dessert, good choice.
I was in charge of the dessert when I went to my Mom's place for Christmas. I should of thought of tiramisu.
Anyway, as I've said before, we had turkey and some iced cake for dessert. Not bad either
