Well, Im still on the verge of looking o.0;; Anyways, that will make sence in a moment..

Ok, so I like to suck my thumb --whopee!-- and suck on pacifiers, bottles? No.. Anyways, I heard that it is scientificaly proven that kids --and adults-- are more likely to suck their thumbs if they do not have the pacifier as long as they should. Now, thumb sucking and the paci CAN lead to dental problems. Thumb sucking is also a sign of nervousness. So, My question..Where do you stand? What is your opinion?

Ok, so people say nail bitting is from nervousness right? Well, Im not nervouse often, and I bite my nails, its a terrible habbit x.x And once again, I wish to know your opinion?

I bite my finger nails alot!!!! and it makes them all crooked and gross. i'm trying to stop but it's too hard!

I was a thumb sucker up till i was in 3rd grade. I could only suck my thumb though if i had my green blanky

I still bite my nails. Sometimes it's when I'm nervous, but it's mostly just because I'm a really fidgety person. That's all....

when someone thumb sucks when he is young his teeth grow towards the front and it leads too needing braces.

I have a bad habit though: i pick my nose.....and eat the buggers!

I don't do either...but some men (maybe me, maybe not) like to suck a beautiful lady's toes.

Seriously, though, I don't bite my nails or suck my thumb. Never had any reason to but I guess some people feel they have a reason to.

Yes. Even I wouldn't do that to a lady. Kissing the toes is as far as I'd go (well, maybe further but NO biting toenails).

I used to bite my nails but I stopped because I thought it looked gross

. Now I can't stand seeing people bite their nails. And as for sucking thumbs...that just seems weird to me.

I never had a pacifier. I always suked my thumb... since baby-hood to... probably the fourth grade. But my parents started making me wear a sock over my hand at night so I would stop sucking it... and they said that if I didn't suck it for a month, I would get an aluminum baseball bat... which I still haven't gotten.

I also bite my nails still. I got off the habit for a while when I put nail clippers next to my bed, but I got back into it. I can't stand having any of the white part showing, it grosses me out. So I bite down to "the nubbins" as the Bearinstein Bears would say

^ The same, really. I sucked my thumb when I was a baby and it took my ages to stop... and I still bite my nails sometimes, although I try not to.

I bite my nails if they get too long. Very practical.

Instead, as a bad habit, I chew on my btoom lip. It's nasty, but I can't really help it.

I never used to suck my thumb. I just never wanted to I guess. Same for biting my nails. I need to cut them every week or they'll just keep on growing and growing.

Well, if I try & let them grow out, they won't..it may sound strange but I sometimes say I've made my nails scared of growing..weird eh?
