Look lionhead, you can be a little bit nicer and less meaner. This topic is not worth all the war is going on here. We have our beliefs and thats it. We are special either way we believe. Peace to all.

RM, you know I'm not blind. I'm just being rational. It wasn't kind, no. He didn't need to use sarcasm, no. But it was legit. I've used sarcasm at times against atheism. Would you be quite so mad if I'd said, "Yeah, right. And the universe just HAPPENED to be there." No, I don't think so. It's not much different. Well, yeah, I know you see it as very different when it's Jesus being used, whom you know we both accept. It wasn't demeaning, I would repeat, even though I don't particularly like the sentiment either.

... off-topic.

I do NOT think it was Legit! There was NO REASON TO MAKE THAT COMMENT! What point was proven? NOTHING! IT WAS AN ATTACK ON JESUS! I DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT "OPINIONS" IN THIS SITUATION!

Calling me an idiot wasnt neccessary eighter.

I think that was an insult directly too Exalya and kmma....Youre a very frustrated person arent you?

No, it was NOT directed at them! It was just a comment...Well, maybe it might have been partially to Exalya, but that was in the heat of debate, and I've already discussed such things with her...

Exalya wrote:
I don't think he ever drug kmma into it, it was just me. And, may I say, I was okay with the "blind" comment. He PM'ed me about it, to make sure I wouldn't take offense. Which I wouldn't. (Though I appreciated the forewarning) He would have to be trying very hard to offend me. And, dear lionhead, the SIG is definitely NOT nice, and NOT appreciated. Can we end this and get back on topic, people? Getting more than a little out of hand.

I guess I agree on all fronts.

RM, I'm afraid you have to give a "damn" about opinions in this case. Otherwise, there's no point in listening to the other side. He expressed. His opinion. It was not an attack, except that someone out there doesn't believe in Jesus's divinity. That's not attacking anything, that's stating a belief. I don't believe Budha or Mohammad were divine, but I'm not attacking anything there. I really want to end this discussion. It's been dragging on too long.

I'm just going to say it. Yeah, and Mohammed was a divine man (sarcasm) and Budha is God (sarcasm). Yeah, right. Sure they are (sarcasm). Might as well. Who gives a damn if that might offend someone? I sure as heck shouldn't.

2) God exists but he is a sociopath.
3) God exists but free will was a tragic mistake.

Hey, if the suffering in life is the price for free will, i'll take it.

So much for "idiot being unwarrented," which I agree with, but I do not "HATE" him. I just dislike the person. But anyways, getting us all back on topic, I think that it's great that this athiest has found God.

Oh, sorry, I now see what you mean. No, it's not the BELIEF that I hate, but the COMMENT.

Well, I hate your belief and your comment.

And yes, you are hating on the other religion. You want us to be accepting of your beliefs, then refute all other beliefs. Very double standard *beep*.

Uh, no. I do NOT hate the fact that other people don't believe in Jesus, but it's the COMMENT that I didn't like. If you actually READ the comment

--EDIT--
Remember this, Defiant?

I don't see how else I could have responded to it, when I took such offense No one, it seems, on this forum truly "knows" me.

Well lets see, not doing the same exact thing he did. Do what I did, call him a close minded idiot. Because thats what it was. And then instead, you decided to become one too. Congrats on that.

Alright, becoming an "idiot" is also calling him a "close minded idiot." Incase you didn't notice, I did call him an idiot, but then I said that it was in the spur of the moment and that I shouldn't have said it. I got much attack for calling him an idiot, so debating his comment is less worse than that! Again, no one on this forum truly "knows" me, especially you, Defiant.
