Lately this series has been getting better, but it still annoys me and I wondered why, then it hit me... if they sacked the current actors and actresses and got better ones then the series would do better. Below I have put some reasons that the actors/characters stink:
Archer- unpredictable, losses cool 
Hoshi- whiney 
Malcolm- acts childish, and boring 
T'pol- an emotional Vulcan 
Mayweather- oh yea, I forgot he existed 
The rest are cool

Very Poor Idea, If they were to do that I would never watch the show, If you would just give Enterprise just one hopur you would find ou how good it is.

Well, that�s kind of up for debate, they just did it at the beginning of this season. Unless your definition of "lately" is within like a four episode perimeter.

woooohhoooohoo, not me, i cant stand that one... and as i'v seen in a resently passed episode she has no boobs either

Archer, T'Pol, Tucker and Phlox are all great characters IMO. I don't feel enough is done with Reed though, he seems a bit one dimensional. Mayweather and Hoshi are still pretty much non-existant as far as big storylines are concerned.
I can't see many characters being taken out, so the production team will have to work with what they've got to improve the characters I feel need improving.

haha, for those who don't what I�m talking about, like 3-5 episodes ago you saw the crew playing basketball (I never got what that game had to do with anything) and Hoshi was wearing a t-shirt and she was... well.. flat

Breasts are overrated. I'm an assman, myself. Besides, I think Hoshi has a pretty face.
