Yes, the details are below. I will do my best to be there, I usually go to the event.

I can't wait to meet her. I hope she gives me a kiss on the cheek or I give her a kiss on the cheek.
Oh, and save me starting a topic in the TOS forum, the lovely Nichelle Nichols will also be there. Here's hoping I get a kiss off her too.

Are you able to get to other places within the U.S. - there are a lot of conventions over there.
I'm not sure why so many U.S. stars come over here - the weather is crap!

I see. I do apologize for prying. Maybe you'll meet one of the stars one day.

Ah, very young. Much younger than me.
Yes, you are young enough to make something of your life. I've squandered opportunities in the past and it causes me great regret. I hope you work hard at whatever your ambition is. Maybe one day you will be a Trek star. It is not impossible.

You know, depending on your age, your never to old to try something yourself you know . As for me, I know nothing is impossible...that's part of the philosophy I live by (Never say never, anything is possible) .

I'm afraid I have missed the boat, so to speak. I do advise younger folk to make something of their lives but I honestly don't think I can do anything now. At 30, I am too set in my ways, too much has happened.

Well, just never quit dreaming, or what not. Something just right for you, may show up someday, you seem like a nice enough guy; something right for you just has to be out there, just think about it .

You are right but it is easier said than done. I often wish I could blot out the past, blot out certain memories. I do sometimes think about what it would be like to go back and change mistakes, put things right. Go back in time and change the opportunities I missed.
I guess maybe all people feel like that at times.

I think she should come to NZ in April with Conner Trinneer and John Billingsly!!!!!
I just found out that Rebecca Riggs from Farscape and Darth Maul are also going to be there. Damn now Armageddon is going to be swampped with Star Wars fans. This year they were all LOTR fans. You could say I'm a fan... but only because I go to the same school that Peter Jackson went to. YAY For me.
I'm rambling now. I'm going to stop...

No. It's because we're so far away from everywhere else. We have this big Pulp Expo convention thing about twice a year. Once in Auckland and once in Wellington. and only a couple of people come. And all the good people go to Auckland. Bob Picardo went to Auckland.
Some good people come to Wellington, like Amanda Tapping, Teryl Rothery, Don S. Davis, Garret Wang, John Rhys Davis, Penny Johnson Jerald and Cirroc Lofton (he's funny). Yeah. That's all. But next year John Billingsly, Conner Trinneer and Walter Koenig are going to be in Wellington YAY! I have to get time off work but YAY!

I'm sure you're looking forward to it, Emma. I still have so many left I'd like to meet. I still haven't been able to meet Walter Koenig but have always wanted to.
I went to a memorabilia convention last week. I met Claudia Christian, she was very nice, very friendly. I also met Richard Kiel who played Jaws in the James Bond movies. He was a big guy but very friendly.
I can't wait to meet Jolene in April. I wish Scott Bakula would appear one day.

Claudia Christian is from Babylon 5.
I will say "hello" to Jolene for you. Nearer the time, let me know if there's a message you have for her.
Thanks, Emma.
