Definitely not!!. In so far as an android can have sexual feelings he always went for strange women - (strange in the sense that any women who fancies an android isn't exactly normal).

What has that to do with it? A gay actor can play straight or gay & vice versa.

The point is that there is no evidence that Data was gay, though quite a bit that he was hetro.

(And personally I think that pointless threads are often the most interesting )

Is Brent gay? I thought I saw him with his girlfriend many times. I wouldn't mind if he was gay but I dhonestly don't think so.

Anyway, this is about Data the character. I don't think he has shown any signs of being attracted to men. If anyone of the USS Enterprsie-D crew is gay then it's Riker.

Remember that episode 'The Outcast" where Riker is attracted to this androgenous humanoid, neither male or female.

Of course he isn't. I don't think Noonien Soong was gay, so Data's not going to be gay as he was modeled after his creator.

And Data's been in a few relationships too, and they're not with guys.

Data definitely isn't gay. There might be a possibility of bisexuality, though.

Why you bisexuality? I don't think he was even interested in a man.

Just because he had a girlfriend and just because he had never "had a man" doesn't mean he's not gay

But if he was... anything at all, then I belive he'd be bi... I mean... it's not like he can have children that way so why would he settle with just... women?
